The aorta contains valves that prevent backflow of the pumped blood, so that blood is actually pumped through the heart. If you exercise more, there is improved blood circulation, as opposed to no exercise. Logical in itself, but of course one has to do it. Exercise more, for example by taking up sport, so that your body pumps blood better. An additional benefit is that the blood is less likely to form blood clots, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease.

Improved metabolism

Running increases the amount of metabolites in the body. These are, for example, amino acids, glucose, adrenaline, which result in improved fitness. It regulates the consumption of stored fats and sugars. When you just start training, everything becomes difficult due to the well-known accumulation of lactic acid. If you exercise regularly, the amount of metabolites in the body has increased significantly, so that the conversion of fats and sugars into energy is much smoother and, more importantly, much easier. Trained muscles ensure that metabolism increases.

A good feeling

Having a good feeling after exercise ensures that you exercise again more often. If you feel good after exercise or sports, you are also prepared to train more intensively more often. This way you can always bring about an improved level of satisfaction in the body. Think of exercise as a kind of addiction, every time you exercise more you are rewarded with a good feeling. By achieving that feeling every time, you also want to have that feeling more and more often. This way you can create a positive spiral by exercising more.

Exercise is good for health

More exercise in any way, you don’t have to take up an intensive sport, but you can also walk more or take the stairs more often is good for the body.
