How many points can I get per day?
Everyone who starts with Weight Watchers has a daily total of 29 points. If you are a woman and you weigh over 80 kilos, you get 2 extra points per 5 kilos. If you are a man and you weigh more than 80 kilos, the same applies as for women, that you can add 2 points for every 5 kilos.

The rush
