Eating and exercising

Vegetarian and now?

For vegetarians, the scale of five works slightly differently, because they do not eat meat, fish, etc. Healthy eating without eating meat products is also possible, this is then replaced by disk 2 (Bread, grains, potatoes, etc.). This also provides the nutrients your body needs.
